What is Frozt?

An inspiration from the traditional ice popsicle back in the 1980s which were made from artificial flavourings and colourings. Frozt is a modern and healthier twist to the traditional dessert.

Our popsicles are also the first in Singapore to be awarded the 'Healthier Choice Symbol' by the Health Promotion Board.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Delivery & Self Collection

Can I do self collection?

Self collection is strictly by appointment only. Kindly select the self collection option and indicate your collection date/time in the message box upon checking out. 

Where and when do you deliver?

We deliver to the whole of Singapore except Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard and Jurong Port.

We deliver on Monday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm.

What are your delivery rates?

Minimum order for delivery is $29.90.

Delivery is free with purchase of $50 and above.

Otherwise, delivery fee is at a flat rate of $6 islandwide.

Kindly note that deliveries can be delayed due to unforeseen weather and traffic conditions. While we strive to fulfill all deliveries, we are not liable or responsible for any late or failed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given.

Charges for re-delivery applies.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to you based on your selected delivery date and time slot upon checkout. Should you require to change your delivery date and time, please contact us at +65 9008 8588 or email us at hello@frozt.co

What if I need to change my order or delivery address?

If the order hasn’t been delivered yet, we may be able to change the order or delivery address for you. The best option is to call/WhatsApp us at +65 9008 8588 and be sure to have your full order details so that we can assist you smoothly.

What if I have an urgent order or special request?

For urgent orders, kindly call/WhatsApp us at +65 9008 8588 or email us at hello@frozt.co. We will always try our best to go above and beyond if possible.

If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate. While we cannot promise it will always be possible, but it is always worth asking.

How long can I keep Frozt?

How long can we keep Frozt?

'Fruit Series' popsicles are certified 6 months expiration upon manufactured. Our popsicles need to be kept in the freezer with temperature of  -15°C or lower.

Is Frozt halal certified?

Yes. All of our popsicles are halal certified.

Are your products vegan friendly?

Packaging & Storage

How is Frozt packaged when delivering?

As part of our go-green initiative program, all purchases will be packed in cooler bags. Upon receiving, they must be consumed within 30 minutes or be kept in freezer immediately. 

Styrofoam boxes are available for purchase if you require them. They can keep Frozt frozen for up to 2 hours unsealed in normal room temperature. Once opened, they must be consumed within 30 minutes or be kept in the freezer immediately. To keep Frozt frozen for a longer period of time, you will have to purchase additional dry ice.

Small styrofoam box can store up to 25 pieces.

Medium styrofoam box can store up to 50 pieces.

Large styrofoam box can store up to 100 pieces.

Extra Large styrofoam box can store up to 200 pieces.

How do I store Frozt?

Our popsicles need to be kept in the freezer with temperature of  -15°C or lower.

Do you provide dry ice?

Yes. Dry ice option is available at a fee. Dry ice keeps Frozt frozen in our foam box for up to 8 hours.

Do you cater for events?

Yes. Frozt is perfect for every lifestyle and occasion. We provide delivery, freezer and manpower support for all kinds of events. Contact us for more information.


Can I do Cash On Delivery?

We currently do not offer this option on our website. For cash payment, kindly arrange for self collection at our factory.

Can I pay via PayNow, PayLah or Bank Transfer instead?

Yes, you can. For the above payment methods, please call/WhatsApp us directly at +65 9008 8588 or email us at hello@frozt.co to place an order. 

Refunds & Returns

Can I return and refund my order?

In the unlikely event that your order fails to arrive, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please call/WhatsApp us at +65 9008 8588 immediately and we will ensure your order is either replaced or refunded.

Otherwise, once our products are delivered, due to food hygiene purpose, refunds and returns on our products is not possible.
